Welcome to www.thekidsbook.in ("the Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these "Terms of Service". Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms- By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these "Terms of Service". If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Use of Content- The content on the Website, including but not limited to books, articles, graphics, and other materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts- To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

9. Termination- www.thekidsbook.in may terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason at all.

10. Governing Law- These "Terms of Service" shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ernakulam, Kerala, India without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once the product is received by the customer, the customer shall be eligible for a refund for the below-stated reasons only. To process the same customer shall communicate the reason to us in writing at info@thekidsbook.in with ORDER ID in the subject line. The amount shall be credited back through their original mode of payment or by credit note within 7-10 working days after intimation of approval of refund by company to customer.

Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping charges (if any), if returns are the result of an error by the company. If customer receive an incorrect book or if it arrives in damaged condition, company shall bear the charge of return shipping.

For books returned as ‘Not as described,’ company shall bear the charge of return shipping, on company’s discretion. If the company disagrees, only the book price and original shipping charges if any will be refunded. The company shall not refund any amount in the event of a dispute arising due to the wrong description of the product by the customer.

Book Did Not Arrive
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping charges (if any), if the book hasn’t arrived until 15 days past the estimated delivery date. If the service partner provides tracking information indicating the book was delivered, the refund request is void. A refund request for the reason ‘item did not arrive’ will automatically complete seven (7) working days after the refund request is initiated through the customer’s end.

Buyer Does Not Want Item
For orders placed on www.thekidsbook.in the company shall accept customer’s return requests. If the book is returned in the same condition as received within 1 day of delivery, the customer shall be refunded the price of the book plus original shipping charges if any. If the return request is raised after 24 hours, the refund request is void.

Shipping Policy

DELIVERY
For orders containing multiple products, the delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be intimated to customer within 48 hours. The estimated delivery times are indicative; hence, there may be some unforeseeable delays beyond the company’s control. In the event the Company is unable to deliver the product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, the customer shall be notified by e-mail of the reason for any such delays. Customers shall have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that orders may be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at customer’s instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by the company’s delivery partners. Customer agrees that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss, either direct or indirect, owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

Tracking Facility: On dispatch of the Product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.

ORDERING
All purchases from this website shall be governed by the company’s terms and conditions. On placing an Order for buying any product from this website, the customer has to provide the required details to fulfil the order. While providing their details, customers are required to be careful and warrant that the information provided is true and accurate.

Payments shall be accepted through the following modes:
(i)    Online: Credit Cards, Debit cards, Net Banking
(ii)    UPI (BHIM, Google-Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, Razorpay, etc.)

Any order to purchase a product that customers place on this site is subject to acceptance by the company. When customers place orders online, they will be notified via email confirmation of receipt of the order. If there is an error in the order confirmation, customers should contact customer care immediately by email at info@thekidsbook.in.

The company may refuse or may be unable to process the orders if:
(i)    The payment mode does not give authorization for the payment of purchase price.
(ii)    Customers do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.

Customers must notify the company instantly if any particulars are inappropriate. If payments have not been accepted, the Customer shall be informed of this in writing along with the reasons. The company’s customer care team shall be happy to support the customer if there is an issue with the orders/ payments/ returns/ any other Customers can contact the company’s back-office team for any inquiry or problem.
